Al-Nahda’s International Women’s Day campaign sparked conversation around the active roles of both women and men in society and the workplace in Saudi Arabia in order to change perception and trigger action.
The campaign was bi-lingual (AR/EN), divided into:

Support equal representation of genders in board members, executive and managerial positions
Shared parenting and combating house chore stereotypes between genders
Eliminating all forms of cyber-bullying and gender-based discrimination

The Pledge Wall Experience taken place at Al Nahda’s campus was extended to take place at The Boulevard Mall in Riyadh, where participants of both genders pledged.
