Industrial yet User-Friendly: Transforming Politas Ambalaj’s Digital Communication in English and Turkish
Challenge
Founded in 1983, Politas Ambalaj is company that specializes in producing, selling and exporting packaging solutions. As Politas Ambalaj started restructuring its internal production process and operations, the Istanbul based company commissioned Blue Hat to create a new digital presence that would go hand in hand with the company’s reorganization.
Intervention
The digital communication team started by identifying the pain points in the customer’s digital journey. By doing that we were able to tailor the design, wireframes, and content around facilitating the journey on the new website. We also kept in mind the international market and so, we made sure to cater the content according to global standards.
In conclusion, we created a website that re-anchors the company’s online presence, showcasing its heritage and reinforces its unique positioning in the converting and food packaging sector in Turkey.
Results
The website uplifts Politas' brand image, showcases its services, and provides the users with useful tools that enable them to contact the company and request quotations and callbacks. The website is bilingual (English / Turkish) in responsive design that allows a seamless experience between Desktop, Tablet and mobile devices.
