Culture

A Culture based on diversity and empowerment

Our culture at Blue Hat thrives on a set of different associations that encourage creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, while still utilizing frameworks and logic. That dual mentality comes hand in hand with our culture and our processes; it also happens to derive itself from our name “Blue Hat”, from Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats.

Connected physically and digitally

Throughout, we have been utilizing our physical and digital resources to ensure efficiency, tangible results, a seamless process for client servicing, and a nurturing environment for fostering strong client relations.

Collaborating anywhere, anytime

Collaborating from different regions, our team has been deliberate in cultivating our shared company culture, empowering each other to grow, and enjoying a deep-rooted sense of belonging.

Thriving to leave
a mark

That is why no matter how much we grow, each talented individual at Blue Hat wakes up everyday with a drive to leave an impact and an unstoppable love for what they do.
