Culture

A Culture based on diversity and empowerment

Our culture at Blue Hat thrives on a set of different associations that encourage creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, while still utilizing frameworks and logic. That dual mentality comes hand in hand with our culture and our processes; it also happens to derive itself from our name “Blue Hat”, from Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats.

Connected physically and digitally

Throughout, we have been utilizing our physical and digital resources to ensure efficiency, tangible results, a seamless process for client servicing, and a nurturing environment for fostering strong client relations.

Collaborating anywhere, anytime

Collaborating from different regions, our team has been deliberate in cultivating our shared company culture, empowering each other to grow, and enjoying a deep-rooted sense of belonging.

Thriving to leave
a mark

That is why no matter how much we grow, each talented individual at Blue Hat wakes up everyday with a drive to leave an impact and an unstoppable love for what they do.

Training & Development

We encourage a T-shaped development path, where Bluehatters grow their technical and interpersonal skills vertically and horizontally. Blue Hat supply a combination of tools and resource to ensure the continuous growth of the Bluehatters.

+ Internal workshops

Workshops held in-house targeting different types of information that allow Bluehatters to grow their skill-set and acquire hands-on experience. The workshop topics mainly include branding, social media trends, design thinking, and innovation.

+ Online courses

Bluehatters have access to online platforms, such as Masterclass, to enroll in courses they are interested in.

+ International Events / Seminars / Webinars

We always aim to join any international seminars or virtual conferences to always be on the lookout for industry trends and engage in knowledge-sharing sessions with global industry leaders and professionals. Some events we attended previously; London Design Week, Salone Del Mobile Milano, Web Summit, Social Media Week, the Future London Academy’s Branding Week, and more.

+ Annual Performance Appraisals

Bluehatters attend an annual performance evaluation session to reflect on the previous year, assess their performance, and set their career track for the upcoming year. These appraisals encompass accomplishments, areas of development, goals for the upcoming year, and Blue Hat’s input.
