Challenge

Mi Concept is a multi-brand luxury jewelry boutique founded in Riyadh by an avid jewelry enthusiast. Their main unique selling point is the fact that they house brands that no other boutique houses in Saudi Arabia. They approached Blue Hat to create a digital presence for them that showcases their unique collections while also manifesting an artistic outlet for both fashion and design lovers.

 
 

Intervention

The aim was to uplift the digital presence of Mi Concept and raise awareness of the uniqueness and differentiation of the multi-brand concept store through inspirational and engaging content.

We kickstarted the research that revolves around trends, case studies, and a competitor scan in order to better understand the regional market, while also defining the parameters on how to differentiate the brand. After that, we defined the target audience, personas, and communication themes which focused on overarching topics, such as product-focused, announcements, inspirational, and engaging.

 
 

Results

We established this account with the intention of transcending the conventional commercial and digitalized approach, striving instead to inspire and evoke a profound connection with nature, humanity, and our exquisite products. To underscore the artistic and cultural value of Mi Concept, we artfully intertwined captivating quotes that further enhance the essence of our brand.

Through meticulous curation, we crafted a digital presence that revolved around showcasing the uniqueness and exclusivity of Mi Concept's jewelry, setting it apart from competitors and captivating customers in search of something truly extraordinary and unparalleled. Beyond mere aesthetics, our objective was to forge an emotional bond between customers and the showcased products, making them irresistible and coveted.

Moreover, we recognized the power of providing valuable content in the form of mainstream and inspirational material related to the exquisite offerings of Mi Concept. By sharing our expertise and passion, we positioned Mi Concept as an industry authority, instilling confidence and trust in our customers.
