Performance Marketing Executive

The Performance Marketing Executive plays a central role in how our performance marketing service operates, contributing directly to both media execution and creative performance optimization. The role works closely with data, tools, and creative teams to ensure ads are structured, tested, and optimized in ways that align with platform algorithms and real user behavior.

Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
Proven experience executing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search and Display).
Experience with TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads is a strong plus.
Experience optimizing sales-focused creatives, including hooks, offers, formats, and messaging.
Solid understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative formats.
Working knowledge of tracking, pixels, events, and conversion setups across ad platforms.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate performance data into clear actions and optimization decisions.
Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, or platform-native dashboards.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and how paid media supports broader funnel performance.
Understanding of how creative performance impacts algorithm learning and campaign scaling.
Ability to think in hypotheses and testing frameworks, not just metrics.
Experience collaborating with designers and digital marketing specialists to optimize creative performance.
Strong attention to detail with a structured, execution-focused approach to campaign management.
Comfortable working under strategic direction while owning day-to-day execution and optimization.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms are a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Execution
Set up, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and other relevant platforms.
Translate media strategies and briefs into accurate campaign structures, including objectives, audiences, budgets, creatives, and placements.
Ensure correct implementation of tracking pixels, events, conversions, and tagging across platforms.
Build and maintain clean, scalable account structures aligned with best practices.
Coordinate with the social media and digital marketing executives to ensure assets meet technical specifications and platform requirements.
Implement audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies based on funnel stages and performance data.
Translate performance insights into creative input, including hooks, formats, and messaging angles aligned with platform behavior.
Ensure ad creatives are structured to support algorithm learning through sufficient variation, formats, and testing volume.
Work with designers to brief performance-driven visuals and ad concepts.
Optimization & Performance Management
Monitor campaigns daily to ensure delivery, pacing, and performance stability.
Execute ongoing optimizations across budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, creatives, and placements.
Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, formats, and messaging.
Analyze creative performance to identify winning hooks, formats, offers, and messages.
Identify performance issues early on, including creative fatigue or learning phase instability.
Support scaling efforts by identifying winning combinations and efficiency opportunities.
Maintain a performance-first mindset focused on ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion quality.
Tracking, Analytics, & Technical Support
Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of conversion tracking across platforms and analytics tools.
Support the Performance Marketing Manager in validating data consistency across ad platforms, analytics dashboards, and reports.
Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and performance trackers.
Analyze performance data to identify patterns, issues, and opportunities.
Translate data insights into clear actions and optimization hypotheses.
Proactively flag tracking gaps, attribution issues, or performance inconsistencies.
Collaboration & Internal Alignment
Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to align execution with strategic direction and campaign objectives.
Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive on creative performance feedback and optimization inputs.
Coordinate with designers to ensure timely delivery and correct formatting of ad assets.
Participate in internal performance reviews, providing execution-level insights and observations.
Support campaign documentation, learnings, and optimization notes for internal use.
Platform Expertise & Continuous Improvement
Maintain strong hands-on expertise across paid media platforms and their evolving features.
Apply algorithm-aware thinking when structuring campaigns and creatives, including learning phases and signal quality.
Test new ad formats, placements, automation tools, and AI-driven features as guided by strategy.
Share execution-level learnings, benchmarks, and best practices with the team.
Contribute to refining internal paid media processes, structures, and optimization frameworks.
Stay up to date with platform changes, tracking updates, privacy shifts, and measurement best practices.
