Creating A Digital Delight: Elevating A Dessert Shop’s Social Media
Challenge
Diplomats Sweets is one of the ultimate destinations for sweets in the heart of Saudi Arabia. As they continue to grow their eleven branches across Riyadh, they commissioned Blue Hat to help them share the essence and ethos of their brand with their online community.
Intervention
Creativity, delicious sweets, and good causes are the key ingredients to creating a great brand experience. We started out by creating a Digital Communication Toolkit to define the strategic parameters of the online presence, consisting of main aims, target audience, tone of voice, communication themes, frequency of themes, and media plan.
The main objective was to highlight the brand’s identity and celebrate the amazing colors, patterns, and textures of the desserts that are all made in Saudi Arabia. From traditional favorites to unique creations, their shop has something for everyone.
Results
Their now revamped digital presence showcases their delicious desserts through inspiring photography, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and appealing videos that highlight their signature desserts. With music that sets the perfect vibe, and typography synced to the beat, their social media page is the perfect place to indulge in all things sweet.
Our team also designed visually appealing highlights for Diplomat Sweet’s social media page that are optimized for easy access. From menus and boxes to working hours, branches, and delivery apps, their highlights make it easier for their customers to engage with the brand and find the information that they need.
In addition, our continuous social monitoring efforts paid off and resulted in Diplomat Sweet’s content going viral (+500K views). We adjusted the content style and music based on the demand of the target audience then optimized the reel's performance in terms of traffic, engagement, and messaging to support the brand's business goals and optimize its performance through an agile strategy that was continuously tailored to ensure optimized results.
