Challenge

Straight from the heart of Mayfair, London, NAC is a culinary gem that was set to make its mark in Riyadh. The team faced the challenge of establishing a strong digital presence on Instagram to create anticipation and attract discerning food enthusiasts. They approached Blue Hat with the goal of showcasing the bistro's luxurious ambience, exceptional cuisine, and impeccable service while building a loyal community of followers eagerly awaiting its grand opening.

 
 

Intervention

We created a Digital Communication Toolkit that allows NAC to still maintain its original brand ethos while adapting to the local culture of Saudi Arabia. Localization is key when it comes to franchising in other regions, as there exists a challenge of merging the original brand and the cultural nuances of the new location.

To address this challenge, our team embarked on a comprehensive strategy to design and curate NAC Bistro's Instagram account, ensuring it reflected the essence of sophistication and elegance that the bistro aimed to embody. We carefully crafted a visual narrative and implemented a content plan that would captivate the audience and generate excitement, through an extensive Digital Communication Toolkit.

 
 

Results

With a meticulous focus on photography, we captured the essence of NAC Bistro's culinary creations, emphasizing the presentation, flavors, and atmosphere. To engage and interact with the audience, we developed a cohesive brand voice, employing a balance of informative captions, engaging storytelling, and occasional behind-the-scenes glimpses. We encouraged user-generated content by creating branded hashtags and actively engaging with followers, fostering a sense of community and anticipation.
