Challenge

“Mom In Love”, a women-led business founded and run by photographer and mom Rita Assy, approached Blue Hat for an uplift of its digital presence. With her photography passion quickly escalating into a full-fledged business, “Mom In Love” was set to become the leading natural light studio for maternity & family photoshoots in Lebanon. 

Blue Hat aimed to translate such passion digitally, and so the work started off with a Digital Communication Strategy. That included a social audit, research of trends and case studies that are shaping the current digital communication space, and finally definition of the target audience and aims of the brand.

 
 

Intervention

The main aim behind the content was to highlight the unique selling points of “Mom In Love". This was primarily done by showing intimate family moments and relationships which trigger the emotional sentiment of the viewers. In addition to family shots, Rita’s ethos focused on empowering women who undergo motherhood, and that was depicted through the grid as well. Other content themes included Behind The Scenes, seasonal studio setups, props designed for each client, promotional content, client reviews, all of which showed a dynamic grid.

The use of video content such as reels allowed us to showcase the brand personality paired with latest trending music. Blue Hat’s team of designers also created unique graphics that resonated with the brand style through illustrative organic shapes. The color palette choices of soft pastels paired with neutral tones presented a balance between lighthearted and serious moods, which aesthetically unified the grid. 

Blue Hat aimed at engaging the audience in a two way conversation through Instagram story tools such as stickers, quizzes and polls. This was optimized by running organic digital campaigns and giveaways that resulted in increase in growth and engagements.

 
 

Results

The end result succeeded in establishing “Mom in Love” as the go-to photoshoot destination by enhancing their social media presence with content of value that reflects and highlights the beauty of motherhood and the power of family.
