Challenge

Numou is an online learning software that is integrated into school systems based on neurology to help enhance student memory. The main unique selling points of this platform is that personalization is taken to the next level with the user journey for both teachers and students, there is diversity with the learning material content. 

The platform also allows for efficient time management for teachers, detailed and clear data visualization (graphs, pie charts, etc.), and kpis and performance measurement for school leadership boards.

They commissioned Blue Hat to create a Digital Communication Strategy that would aim to establish Numou as the leading platform for integrated learning, build awareness, maximize reach, and eventually encourage software adoption and sales, while allowing for engagement and market leadership.

 
 

Intervention

Our strategy started with an audit phase where we conducted a thorough analysis of the different communication touchpoints of Numou, on the website and the social media platform to be able to spot the gaps in the user journey both from a technical and design point of view. Our research also included a SWOT analysis and social listening on Twitter & LinkedIn in order to uncover stakeholders insights and create a summary of the users’ experiences from various perspectives including teachers, students and schools leadership.

Following that, we started recommending digital marketing solutions based on the aforementioned insights we uncovered. The solutions included various recommendations that revolved around creating a seamless user journey. We also proceeded to map out the digital channels map of Numou (social media and owned assets) while highlighting the importance of each platform and what the aims would be. We also took into consideration the target audience and personas, and how each of them would be present on the different channels.Our team of digital communication experts created an online marketing plan that included how digital marketing would effectively target each of our personas and on their respective channels.

 
 

Results

Aiming to showcase Numou’s partnership with Century Tech in an approachable and appealing visual design, our team created a colorful and bright color palette that captures attention and represents the modern and technological aspect of Numou as well.

As a pioneer in the region, our tone of voice was dynamic, confident, and informative. With a balance between feature showcasing content, and general educational content relating to Modern Education and the changes it has been witnessing, we were able to capture our different personas ranging from curriculum directors, to school directors and CEOs.
