Graphic Designer

Reporting to: Head of Digital Marketing
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design
- Experience in agency / consultancy environment with multiple projects and clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to shift between different industries and design tasks
- Great knowledge of Adobe Creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Animation skills (Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Capcut, or others)
- Great research skills (Primary and Secondary)
- Ability to understand client's needs, take briefs, and manage design projects from A to Z
- Adoption of a human-centered approach to design
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design graphics for social media (photos, infographics, gifs, GIPHY Stickers, visuals, short animations, filters, and stop-motion clips) following the brand strategy and social media guidelines
- Design graphics for campaigns, print collaterals, online advertisements, digital and print banners, presentations, packaging and other design tasks
- Create short animations and video editing: ideation, design, animation, music ,and VO
- Conduct ideation / brainstorming / feedback sessions with the Bluehatters and the client in order to come up with concepts, evaluate social media / campaign performance, validate design deliverables
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders including: Project Managers, Marketing, Content Creators, Freelancers, Suppliers, and Clients
- Finalize and Quality Assurance: Retouching and preparing files for print
- Stay ahead of the trends in Design, Digital, & Content Creations
Other Responsibilities
- Conduct Primary and Secondary research
- Create moodboards for photography and oversee photoshoot processes
- Support Branding team on different projects
