Senior Digital Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead multi-channel campaigns, manage client relationships, and drive content that connects and converts. From servicing a portfolio of accounts and translating briefs into actionable plans, to shaping content calendars, guiding execution, and collaborating with performance teams, you’ll be at the center of delivering digital strategies that make a difference, all while bringing a creative spark that helps brands stand out.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, including social media management, campaigns, and client servicing.

  • Proven experience in agency or consultancy environments, managing multiple accounts and projects.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to write, edit, and localize content across platforms.

  • Solid knowledge of various digital channels (FB, IG, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X), with a track record of creative, high-quality content delivery.

  • Experience with the Saudi market is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data, track performance, and recommend optimizations.

  • Skilled in collaborating with creative teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage deadlines and account deliverables.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media, Literature, or a related field.


Client Servicing & Communication

  • Maintain professional and proactive communication with clients through regular check-ins, insightful input, and timely follow-ups.

  • Respond to client inquiries efficiently and ensure internal teams are aligned with evolving client needs.

  • Translate briefs, feedback, and strategic shifts into actionable tasks.

  • Capture and circulate accurate and timely MoMs to ensure clear next steps and accountability.

  • Track client deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, flagging potential risks or opportunities early.

  • Manage a portfolio of 5 accounts. This is subject to change based on work volume, campaign load, and account complexity.

  • Lead designated accounts or project streams with minimal supervision, ensuring ownership and follow-through across phases.


Content Planning & Execution

  • Lead the creation, alignment, and publishing schedule of content calendars across different clients and campaigns.

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, positioning, and audience engagement strategies.

  • Write, edit, and localize content for digital channels (social, web, email, blog, ecommerce), in both English and Arabic.

  • Apply cultural nuance and market localization, tailoring content to regional expectations and audience behavior.

  • Adapt content tone and structure depending on the platform, audience behavior, and campaign goal.

  • Collaborate with design and creative teams to ensure content is visually and strategically cohesive.

  • Review and refine drafts from Junior and Mid-level Social Media Executives to ensure consistency and clarity.


Channel Management & Audience Engagement

  • Schedule and publish content across platforms (e.g. Meta Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) based on content calendars.

  • Monitor audience comments, messages, and general sentiment, responding or escalating when needed.

  • Provide regular updates on platform engagement trends and community feedback.

  • Test and optimize publishing times, formats, and messaging to increase engagement.

  • Track recurring platform issues or audience concerns and relay them internally for resolution.

  • Maintain consistency in voice and engagement tone, especially in reactive communications.


Performance Collaboration & Optimization

  • Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing Team to align on paid content strategy, performance trends, and upcoming needs across accounts.

  • Participate in regular brainstorming sessions about performance marketing to identify creative angles, messaging variations, and formats that could improve results.

  • Interpret performance reports and platform analytics to extract actionable insights that inform content, targeting, and creative direction.

  • Use data to recommend refinements to content calendars, publishing schedules, and messaging based on audience behavior and campaign learnings.

  • Contribute to reporting and analysis for specific campaigns when active, working with media and creative teams to assess outcomes and propose optimizations.


Strategic Contribution & Team Collaboration

  • Share market insights, competitor trends, and digital behaviors with the wider team to inspire content and strategy.

  • Contribute to internal brainstorms, pitch decks, and client strategy documents with research or input.

  • Align with Senior Creatives and Team Head to support the direction and prioritization of campaigns.

  • Support the growth and development of junior and mid-level team members through constructive feedback.

  • Participate in internal reviews and QA sessions to maintain quality across deliverables.

  • Help identify and implement workflow improvements and process efficiencies for recurring tasks.
