Senior Digital Media Planner

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, and online campaign management.

- Superior knowledge of various channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Google Ads, and YouTube. Familiarity with TikTok, Snapchat, and Mailchimp is a plus.

- Deep understanding of paid search, display advertising, SEO, and social media advertising.

- Knowledge of GCC culture is a plus.

- Strong and impeccable command of Arabic & English (written and spoken).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Detail-oriented approach to campaign planning and execution.

- Proven track record of driving successful digital media campaigns and achieving measurable results.

- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and ability to derive actionable insights.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

Strategy Development

- Collaborate with clients and team to understand their objectives, target audience, and budget. 

- Develop digital media strategies that align with the overall marketing goals. 

- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and engage potential customers, as well as implementing tactics to nurture leads, optimize conversion paths, and retain existing customers, in order to maximize the effectiveness of the marketing funnel.

Media Planning

Determine the most effective digital media channels and platforms to reach the target audience. This may include display advertising, social media advertising, search engine marketing, video advertising, programmatic advertising, influencer marketing, and more.

Audience Research

- Conduct thorough research to understand the target audience's demographics, interests, online behavior, and media consumption habits. 

- Use tools like market research reports, customer data, and audience analytics platforms to gather insights.

Budget Allocation 

- Allocate the media budget across different channels and campaigns according to their potential reach and effectiveness. 

- Optimize the budget allocation to maximize the return on investment (ROI) and achieve the desired campaign goals.

Campaign Management

- Coordinate and manage the execution of digital media campaigns. 

- Work closely with team to ensure that campaigns are launched on time and optimized for performance.

Ad Placement

Select appropriate digital platforms and channels for ad placement, such as social media platforms, search engines, display networks, and programmatic advertising platforms.

Ad Campaign Implementation

Set up and launch digital ad campaigns across various platforms. This includes managing campaign settings, ad placements, bidding strategies, and ad scheduling.

Performance Tracking and Analysis

Monitor the performance of digital ad campaigns through analytics tools and advertising platforms. Analyze key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Provide regular reports and insights to clients.

Ad Compliance and Quality Assurance

- Ensure that digital ads comply with industry standards, legal requirements, and platform policies. 

- Conduct quality assurance checks to verify that ads are displayed correctly and delivering the desired user experience

SEO Integration and Optimization

- Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize media planning initiatives and improve organic visibility.

- Provide recommendations on targeting, ad copy, and landing page optimization for enhanced organic performance.

- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaigns and improve organic search rankings.

Optimization and Testing

- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights. 

- Test different creative assets, ad formats, targeting parameters, and messaging to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve better results. 

- Manage the optimization of ads based on performance data and A/B testing.
