Work hours: 40 hours/week

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, specifically focused on branding and design

- Experience in agency/consultancy environments with multiple projects and clients, emphasizing branding and design projects

- Experience in leading and mentoring fellow designers, providing guidance and feedback on branding and design initiatives

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality branding and design solutions within tight deadlines

- Agility to work across diverse industries and adapt to various branding and design tasks

- Proficiency in understanding client's needs, interpreting briefs, and effectively managing branding and design projects from inception to completion

- Strong ability to create visually compelling designs that effectively communicate brand narratives and enhance brand identities

- Comprehensive portfolio showcasing a wide range of branding and design work, including logo design, brand guidelines, packaging design, and print collateral

- Ability to understand client's needs, take briefs, and manage design projects from A to Z

- Strong manipulation of brand strategies, brand identities, illustrations, Animation, Typography and understanding of Hierarchy of information

- Experience in working closely with web/software developers is a plus

- Adoption of a human-centered approach to design

- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud

- Excellent animation skills (After Effects, Premiere, Capcut, etc.)

- Advanced research skills (Primary and Secondary)

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field


Responsibilities

- Create visual elements such as logos, typography, color palettes, and other brand assets

- Develop comprehensive brand guidelines for proper usage of brand assets

- Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and other print or digital assets

- Develop packaging designs that are visually appealing and aligned with the brand's image

- Create digital assets like website graphics, social media visuals, email templates, and digital advertisements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and brainstorm ideas

- Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools

- Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers

- Engage in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand branding needs and incorporate feedback

- Lead and oversee the design process, providing creative direction and strategic decision-making

- Conduct design research and analysis to inform design decisions

- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources

- Present and communicate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders

- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

- Provide strategic input beyond visual design, considering brand strategy and target audience engagement
