Job Location: Remote

Work hours: 40 hours/week

Reporting to: Head of Digital Marketing


Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, specifically social and digital media

- Experience in agency / consultancy environments with multiple projects and clients

- Experience in leading and mentoring fellow designers, providing guidance and feedback

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Agility to move between different industries and design tasks

- Ability to understand client's needs, take briefs, and manage design projects from A to Z

- Strong ability to create visually compelling designs that effectively communicate brand narratives

- Comprehensive portfolio showcasing diverse digital design work (social media campaigns, animations, etc)

- Adoption of a human-centered approach to design

- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud

- Excellent animation skills (After Effects, Premiere, Capcut, etc.)

- Advanced research skills (Primary and Secondary)

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field


Responsibilities

Graphic Design 

- Design graphics for social media (photos, infographics, gifs, GIPHY Stickers, visuals, short animations, filters, and stop-motion clips) following the brand strategy and social media guidelines

- Design graphics for campaigns, print collaterals, online advertisements, digital and print banners, presentations, packaging and other design tasks

- Create short animations and video editing: ideation, design, animation, music and VO

- Develop and implement design strategies and guidelines to ensure brand consistency and visual cohesion across all design assets and channels

- Conduct ideation / brainstorming / feedback sessions with team members and clients in order to come up with new concepts, evaluate social media / campaign performance, validate design deliverables, etc

- Provide expert collaboration and guidance to other team members and stakeholders including: Project Managers, Marketing Executives, Content Creators, Freelancers, Suppliers, and Clients

- Quality Assurance: Retouching and preparing files for print or publishing

- Act as a subject matter expert in design software, tools, and emerging technologies, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and exploring innovative ways to enhance design workflows and outputs

- Continuously evaluate and improve design processes, workflows, and methodologies to increase efficiency, productivity, and the overall quality of design outputs

- Support in managing fellow designers and elevating the level of output across the board

Other Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth Primary and Secondary research, applying advanced analytical skills to gather and analyze relevant data

- Lead the creation of moodboards for photography and oversee the entire photoshoot process, including directing photographers and ensuring adherence to creative vision

- Provide project management expertise, including taking client briefs, proactively following up on projects, and effectively coordinating internal and external resources

- Offer comprehensive support to Design and Strategy Teams on various projects, leveraging extensive experience and strategic insights to drive successful outcomes
