As our Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll take full ownership of the performance journey: from click to conversion. You’ll design, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across top platforms, combining sharp targeting with constant testing to make every decision count.

This role is where strategy meets storytelling, and analytics meets impact. As we continue to grow our performance marketing team, you'll also play a key role in shaping its future, sharing knowledge, guiding junior team members, and helping scale the team’s capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and online campaign management.

  • Proven success in managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.

  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, or similar analytics and reporting tools.

  • Proficiency in programmatic advertising and familiarity with AI and machine learning tools used in campaign targeting, segmentation, and bidding.

  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and how they intersect with paid media strategy.

  • Experience working across different industries, adapting strategies to suit various business models and audience types.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with design, brand, or creative teams to align campaign strategy with visual and messaging execution.

  • Demonstrated ability to guide junior team members and support their development.

  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms is a plus.

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.

  • High ethical standards in managing data, budgets, and client communication, demonstrating transparency, responsibility, and integrity.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).


Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaign Planning

  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies tailored to meet client business objectives (lead generation, awareness, engagement, app installs, eCommerce sales, etc.).

  • Translate client goals into actionable performance marketing plans, recommending the most effective channels and tactics.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (content, design, brand) to ensure creatives and landing pages are optimized for campaign success.

  • Recommend and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies across landing pages and campaign funnels.

  • Contribute to campaign ideation and the creative execution of ads to ensure alignment with performance goals.

  • Tailor strategies to suit clients across various industries and audience segments.

  • Explore and experiment with new technologies, emerging platforms, and programmatic advertising — including AI and machine learning tools — to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in performance marketing, platform algorithm changes, digital communications, and innovation — with a focus on testing and integrating new tools.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and additional platforms as needed.

  • Manage all aspects of campaign setup, including audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategies, tracking setup, and A/B testing.

  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and CR, and report actionable insights regularly.

  • Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and develop solutions to enhance performance.

  • Maintain strong communication with platform technical support for swift resolution of any ad delivery issues.

Analytics, Reporting, & Financials

  • Generate frequent campaign performance reports, providing clear analytics, actionable insights, and lessons learned.

  • Analyze data through GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and data visualization tools like Looker Studio.

  • Oversee alignment between paid media and SEO using performance insights and keyword data.

  • Maintain organized dashboards and internal reports for stakeholders and clients.

  • Create financial reports relating to campaign spend and performance, and coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Internal Collaboration & Client Servicing

  • Lead internal weekly meetings with the digital marketing team to review progress and plan next steps.

  • Participate in client meetings to present results, discuss optimizations, and align on upcoming campaign strategies.

  • Support broader client servicing needs by providing strategic input based on performance data.
