Social Media Executive-Riyadh

Ready to level up your social media craft in a fast-paced, client-facing role?
We’re looking for a Riyadh-based Social Media Executive who’s driven to grow, confident in client settings, and serious about mastering their craft. You’ll manage day-to-day social across multiple clients, represent Blue Hat on-site during key moments, and turn strategy into content that delivers real engagement, in both Arabic and English.

Job Location: Hybrid (Remote, with client visits in Riyadh)

Travel: Domestic KSA travel as needed, typically monthly or every two months

Reporting to: Head of Digital Marketing


Requirements

  • Place of residence: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

  • Eligible to work in KSA without visa sponsorship

  • Ability to visit clients in Riyadh and to travel to other Saudi cities when needed

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management

  • Solid knowledge of various digital channels (FB, IG, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X)

  • Experience in agency / consultancy environments, with multiple projects and clients

  • Strong and impeccable command of Arabic & English

  • Experience in working closely with graphic designers

  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills to manage deadlines and account deliverables

  • Photography skills is a plus

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media, Literature, or a related field


Client Servicing

  • Maintain professional and proactive communication with clients through regular check-ins, insightful input, and timely follow-ups.

  • Respond to client inquiries efficiently and ensure internal teams are aligned with evolving client needs.

  • Translate briefs, feedback, and strategic shifts into actionable tasks.

  • Capture and share accurate and timely MoMs to ensure clear next steps and accountability.

  • Track client deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, flagging potential risks or opportunities early.

  • Manage a portfolio of 5 accounts (This is subject to change based on work volume, campaign load, and account complexity).


  • Attend client visits, photoshoots, and key events to represent Blue Hat on-site.

  • Visit client locations and branches as required, with local travel within KSA to support major events.

  • Act as the on-site point of contact, coordinating with the Account Executive and the client/on-ground team to keep execution on track and flag needs or issues in real time.

  • Provide practical support when needed (props, sourcing, setup,) and share on-ground feedback and insights.

  • Capture quick photos and short videos tailored for social platforms.

  • Act as the team’s on-ground eyes in KSA, sharing updates on relevant events, activations, and emerging trends that could inform campaigns or content.

On-site visits & support


Ideation & Content Creation

  • Write and adapt content across channels (social posts, blogs, newsletters, website/ecommerce copy, and campaign communications).

  • Copywrite, edit, and localize content in Arabic and English, ensuring clarity, tone consistency, and cultural relevance.

  • Understand client audiences and translate insights into clear, relevant messaging and content angles.

  • Support the team with Saudizing content


Community
Management

  • Publish posts on client’s social media channels successfully and in a timely manner.

  • Moderate and manage online feedback from followers and customers.

  • Engage with followers and maintain their loyalty to brands through active community management.

  • Continuously test for best timings and best practices to post on client’s social media channels.


Digital Marketing

  • Create annual marketing and communication plan aligned with the yearly strategy and KPIs.

  • Execute and oversee digital marketing initiatives (including newsletters and online campaigns), ensuring full alignment with the approved strategy and objectives.

  • Plan and organize client meetups, giveaways, competitions, special offers, and similar activations, ensuring proper execution and measurable success.


Reporting & Performance Insights

  • Prepare organic performance reports by pulling platform insights and tracking core KPIs (engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, content performance, benchmarking).

  • Prepare paid campaign reporting in collaboration with the Performance Marketing team, consolidating results and aligning on insights and next steps.

  • Provide clear takeaways explaining performance shifts and recommending content improvements (formats, hooks, timing, messaging).

  • Track results consistently to ensure alignment with objectives and identify optimization opportunities.
