Driving Awareness and Increasing Leads & Bookings for LifeLab in Saudi Arabia’s Premium Wellness Market

Challenge
Launching into Saudi Arabia’s competitive wellness landscape, LifeLab (Bio and Circle) needed to be established as a premium, trusted brand. But it faced key challenges:
1. Awareness
Limited visibility despite premium positioning.
High-ticket retreats required stronger brand recognition to attract affluent audiences.
2. Digital Experience:
Bookings lacked professionalism: users discovered services on Instagram, messaged via DMs, then were redirected to WhatsApp to finalize reservations.
This created friction and reduced trust in a brand targeting a high-end audience.
3. Trust & Visual Presence:
No professional photography to reflect its premium image.
Content lacked polish and FAQs, leaving audiences unclear on offerings.
The brand also needed to showcase the team’s faces to humanize LifeLab and build trust.
Covered events and team-led activities were underrepresented, reducing opportunities to demonstrate credibility and authenticity.
In short, LifeLab needed to boost awareness, generate quality leads, and build credibility through trust-driven content, all while presenting itself as the premium wellness brand it aspired to be.
Intervention
We rolled out a strategy designed to drive awareness, generate leads, and increase bookings, including several suggested improvements:
Website & Digital Audit: Conducted a full audit of LifeLab’s entire digital process, including website, checkout, and booking flow, and provided actionable recommendations to improve credibility, UX, content clarity, mobile experience, and overall lead-to-booking conversion
Intro Reel: Create a premium showreel introducing LifeLab as a luxury wellness destination, highlighting their services, announcing the KAFD launch, and using it as the first automated message for WhatsApp inquiries.
Unified Bookings: Streamline the registration process to reduce friction by consolidating bookings onto the website, minimizing steps, and avoiding multiple redirects from Instagram, WhatsApp, or other channels.
Team & Visual Presence: Conduct professional photoshoots and incorporate the team more prominently in content to humanize the brand and build credibility.
Lead Follow-up: Ensure timely engagement with leads generated through ads, providing full details and follow-ups to maximize conversion and interest.
Brand Ambassadorship: Introduce a recognizable face (e.g., doctor, elite trainer, or licensed dietitian) to represent LifeLab if the team prefers to remain behind the scenes.
Strategic Collaborations: Partner with trusted wellness communities and experts to strengthen credibility and reach.
The plan also included improvements to brand image, visual consistency, content clarity, performance marketing, and trust-building initiatives across LifeLab Bio and Circle.
Awareness
Introduced premium, unified content pillars for both Bio and Circle.
Created FAQ-driven posts to address customer questions and clarify offerings.
Elevated LifeLab’s tone and design to resonate with high-end wellness seekers.
Elevated LifeLab’s brand image with premium positioning for LifeLab Bio (science-backed wellness hub in Riyadh) and LifeLab Circle (exclusive retreats and community experiences).
Performance Marketing
Worked closely with the LifeLab marketing team to capture and make sure they follow up on leads generated through performance campaigns and provide them with all the details of the events/classes/retreats promoted.
Visual Uplift
Crafted a refined aesthetic using AI-generated visuals, overcoming the lack of professional photography and uplifting the whole grid view.
Designed aspirational content that reinforced LifeLab’s identity as a luxury wellness hub.
Behind-the-scenes visuals and event/class coverage to build credibility and relatability: partially provided.
Trust & Partnerships
Humanized the brand by showcasing the team: founders, practitioners, and wellness facilitators.
Results
The interventions led to rapid progress in just three months:
150+ hot leads generated in three months.
Noticeable increase in registrations for events, masterclasses, and classes.
AI-powered content created a strong, premium image despite resource limitations.
